ISSUE:
Over the weekend several users noticed that the default filter 'Communities to which I belong or can join' in the My Communities widget was not displaying communities that the user was a part of.
ROOT CAUSE:
Upon investigation we found that all the underlying communities still existed, as did the user's access to those communities. However, for some (TBD) reason, the configuration for that filter no longer displayed a list of communities that a user either belonged to.
RESOLUTION:
For a speedy resolution, the filter in the My Communities widget has been changed to 'All Communities'. Thus users will now see all the communities they have been added to, communities that they can join, as well as public communities.
