I am currently the Sr. Director, Education Delivery and Operations meaning I have responsibility for the development, delivery and support of the education offerings provided by CAP.
I started with CAP in Learning in 2007. During my tenure, we have implemented two Learning Management Systems (starting our third in 2023). I also had a brief stint as the Annual Meeting program manager in 2019-2020.
I have a Masters in Education from Northwestern and prior to joining CAP worked in HR Outsourcing.
