I own Sirgi Consulting LLC and offer expertise to medical groups in various aspects of practice management and leadership, including (but not limited to):

- Strategic retreat facilitation
- Other aspects of group practice analysis (partnership citizenship, toxicity in the workplace, cultural issues affecting M&As)
I am board-certified in anatomic, clinical and cytopathology (MD Anderson Cancer Center) with additional surgical pathology fellowship training (Barnes Hospital at Washington University).
I also hold an MBA (U. of MA at Amherst) and have 30 plus years of practice and leadership experience in multi-specialty, multi-site, private, academic and hospital-based pathology and medical staff settings. Among my previously held positions, I served as president of the largest multi-specialty pathology group in the Rocky Mountain region, president of the medical staff of a tertiary care facility in Denver, Colorado, and chair of the regional medical staff presidents council for the largest hospital organization in the US.
I am the current chair of the CAP Practice Management Committee, a board member with the Panel of National Pathology Leaders, the immediate past-president of the American Pathology Foundation, and the Chief Science Officer of BreathTech, a subdivision of Astrotech.
